Who can take part

  • You must be 65 years old or older.
  • Your health must be stable currently.
  • You must be able to follow simple instructions and communicate with the study team.
  • You cannot have serious infections, cancer, or certain muscle/joint conditions that affect movement or strength measurements.
  • You must not have a diagnosed rheumatology disease (such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus).
