Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and can provide written consent.
- You have moderate to severe asthma (GINA level 4 or 5) diagnosed by a lung specialist.
- Your asthma is not well controlled (ACT score under 20).
- You are able to perform a maximal exercise test (like running or cycling until exhaustion).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, do not have unstable heart disease, and have either never smoked or quit smoking at least 5 years ago.
