Who can take part

  • You must be between 65 and 80 years old.
  • You need a score of 20 or higher on a memory and thinking test (Standardised Mini Mental Test).
  • You must be registered at the Çanakkale Municipality Golden Years Life Center.
  • You must not have any lung disease or be treated for a respiratory condition.
  • You cannot have a serious bone or joint problem that would affect muscle strength measurements.
  • You must not have a diagnosis of dementia or be a smoker.
