Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have not had chest surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have a chronic lung disease like asthma or COPD.
  • You are able to breathe on your own and follow instructions.
  • You are not pregnant, and do not have a neurological condition (like stroke or ALS) or cancer.
  • You have not had any breathing symptoms (like cough or shortness of breath) in the past 2 weeks.
