  • You are a boy between 7 and 15 years old
  • You play sports regularly, like football or soccer
  • You have been diagnosed with Osgood-Schlatter disease (pain and swelling below the knee)
  • You are not allergic to stinging nettle
  • You do not have any skin problems or open sores on your knees
  • You have not taken anti-inflammatory medication (like ibuprofen) recently
