Who can take part
- You are a child (under 18) needing a small intestine or lung transplant, or you are a child or adult needing a kidney transplant (or already had one and still need a stem cell transplant).
- You or your legal guardian must agree to the study and sign a consent form before any tests or treatments.
- You must not have any uncontrolled infections or serious medical problems that would make the combined transplant unsafe.
- You must not have a bone marrow disease or take medicines that harm your bone marrow.
- You must not have severe organ failure (like heart, liver, or lung problems) that would make the surgery too risky.
