Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 6 and 12 years old.
  • Your child must have at least one permanent back tooth that has come in.
  • Your child must have a cavity that needs treatment (not a very deep one).
  • A parent or guardian must sign a consent form, and the child must agree to join.
  • Your child must be able to come to the dentist every 3 months for 2 years.
