- You are a woman between 18 and 35 years old.
- You stayed in an intensive care unit (ICU) for more than 24 hours due to a medical or surgical reason.
- You have both ovaries and no history of ovary surgery, cysts, or endometriosis.
- You have not had chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or less than 6 weeks after giving birth.
- You do not take hormone therapy or have polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
