AMH changes to predict ovarian function in perimenopausal breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are female and between 45 and 55 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.
  • You are perimenopausal, meaning your last period was within the last 3 months and certain hormone levels are in a specific range.
  • You are about to start chemotherapy or hormone therapy after surgery.
  • You are willing to have extra blood tests and keep a diary of your periods.
  • You have not had both ovaries removed, pelvic radiation, or used certain hormone treatments recently.
