Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has grown despite previous treatments.
  • Your tumor must not have certain genetic mutations (KRAS, NRAS, BRAF V600E, EGFR ectodomain) tested before any anti-EGFR therapy.
  • You must have had at least 16 weeks of prior anti-EGFR therapy (cetuximab or panitumumab) and had a complete or partial response before progression.
  • You must be in good enough health to get around and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and have adequate blood counts, liver, and kidney function.
