Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You either have sleep apnea (with a certain severity), COPD, both, or you are a healthy volunteer without lung or sleep problems.
  • You should not have severe heart, liver, or kidney disease.
  • You should not have muscle diseases that affect breathing or had recent chest surgery.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You can understand the study and give your consent.
