- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and have not yet received any treatment for it.
- Your CLL is causing symptoms like low blood counts, enlarged lymph nodes or spleen, fevers, night sweats, or weight loss.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2).
- Your kidney and liver function are within acceptable limits.
- You have not had other cancers in the past year (except certain skin cancers).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use contraception if applicable.
