Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older.
  • You must have untreated chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
  • You must need treatment because of low blood counts, large lymph nodes or spleen, or symptoms like fever, night sweats, or weight loss.
  • You must be in fairly good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half of waking hours).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be within acceptable ranges.
  • You must not have had other recent cancer, active infections, or certain other medical conditions.
