Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have multiple myeloma that has returned or is not responding to treatment, and it has spread to tissues or organs outside the bone marrow (like a lump or growth).
- Your myeloma cells are positive for two markers called BCMA and GPRC5D (your doctor will test this).
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, and blood clotting are working well enough (tests will be done to check).
- You are willing to use effective birth control for 1 year after treatment (if applicable).
- You have not had a CAR-T cell therapy that uses the same design as this study's treatment.
