Who can take part

  • Age between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Diagnosed with small cell lung cancer (not the mixed type) that has gotten worse after first treatment that included chemo and immunotherapy.
  • At least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Good overall health (able to do daily activities) with normal organ function (like blood counts, liver, and kidneys).
  • No prior use of irinotecan or irinotecan liposome.
  • No serious heart or lung disease, active infections, or other cancers in the last 5 years (except for certain cured ones).
