  • You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread beyond one lung).
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have not had other cancer in the last 2 years (except some skin cancers).
  • You do not have active or untreated brain metastases (cancer that has spread to the brain).
  • You have not had a heart attack, stroke, or blood clot in the last 6 months.
