Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread to both lungs or beyond).
  • You cannot have had any prior treatment for this cancer.
  • You must be able to do your daily activities with little to no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, blood counts).
