Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must have untreated AML with an NPM1 mutation or KMT2A rearrangement.
- You must be able to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your liver and kidneys must work well enough per trial rules.
- You cannot have had prior AML therapy except hydroxyurea or white blood cell removal.
- Women who can have children must use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment; men must do so during and for 3 months after.
