Who can take part

  • You must be between 3 and 21 years old.
  • You must have AML or a related leukemia (MPAL with myeloid features) that has returned or not responded to treatment.
  • Your leukemia must have one of these genetic changes: KMT2Ar, NUP98r, NPM1c, UBTF-ITD, or a HOX pathway mutation.
  • Your white blood cell count must be below 25,000 at the time you start the study (medication can be given to lower it).
  • Your heart, liver, and kidneys must be working well enough.
  • You must not have had certain cancer treatments in the last 14 days (or 5 half-lives), and you must wait at least 3 months after a bone marrow transplant.
