  • Prostate cancer that has spread to bones or soft tissue and is still growing despite hormone therapy
  • Must have tried at least one hormone therapy and one chemotherapy, or be unable to tolerate chemotherapy
  • Good overall health (able to care for yourself and out of bed more than half the day)
  • No major heart, liver, or kidney problems
