Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 79 years old.
  • You had a stroke (ischemic or hemorrhagic) that happened between 1 month and 12 months ago.
  • You can breathe on your own without help.
  • You have not had chest or belly surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You can follow simple verbal instructions.
  • You can sit by yourself without foot support for at least 30 seconds and walk at least 10 meters with or without a cane or walker.
  • You have no major memory or thinking problems (MoCA score of 26 or higher).
