Who can take part
- You are between 16 and 70 years old.
- You have B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that is CD19-positive and has come back or not responded to treatment.
- You have recovered from side effects of previous treatments (except for minor issues like hair loss).
- Your heart, kidneys, liver, and lungs are working well enough, as shown by tests.
- You do not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, or uncontrolled fungal/bacterial/viral infections.
