Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 88 years old
  • You have type 1 diabetes for at least 1 year, or type 2 diabetes and have been using insulin for at least 3 months
  • Your diabetes and weight loss medications have been stable for the past 4 weeks
  • You have a primary care doctor who will refer you and help manage your diabetes during the study
  • You are willing to use a Dexcom continuous glucose monitor, an iLet bionic pancreas, and specific insulins (lispro or aspart)
  • You have internet access and can do video calls
