Pembrolizumab after partial breast radiation for early triple-negative breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 20 years or older and have been diagnosed with stage II or higher triple-negative breast cancer.
  • Your tumor has a 'cold' immune environment with low levels of immune cells (TILs less than 30%) and low PD-L1 protein (CPS less than 10).
  • You have not had breast cancer before, and you have never had chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
  • You are scheduled to receive radiation only to part of your breast, not the whole breast.
  • You have an ECOG performance status of 0 to 2, meaning you are up and able to care for yourself at least half the day.
