This study tests whether using a very low dose of radiation for a brain PET scan can still give clear images. If you are eligible, you will get a type of radioactive tracer that helps show amyloid plaques in the brain, often used in Alzheimer's research.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must be able to understand and agree to the study procedures.
- If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You cannot have already received more than 50 millisieverts of radiation from research scans this year (including this study).
- You cannot have severe claustrophobia, chronic pain, or a condition that makes it hard to lie still for the scan.
- You cannot have been enrolled in this study more than 4 times before.
