Who can take part
- You must be between 55 and 90 years old
- You previously had an amyloid PET brain scan
- You must live near Columbia University Medical Center
- You must be willing and able to take part in the study
- You must not have issues that prevent PET scanning (like pacemakers/metal implants, severe anxiety in tight spaces, or trouble lying still for about 1 hour)
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
