Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with post-COVID syndrome.
  • You are able to care for yourself fairly independently (Barthel Index score above 80).
  • You have been referred to a special post-COVID rehabilitation center.
  • You have a smartphone to receive questionnaires and measure your heart rate.
  • You do not have serious heart, vein, or nerve problems that would make water therapy unsafe.
  • You have not regularly done Kneipp water treatments before.
