Fight Fatigue: muscle relaxation and walking for dialysis patients

Who can take part

  • You must have end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) and have been on dialysis for at least 3 months.
  • You should feel tired or fatigued (score of 4 or more out of 10) in the past week.
  • You need to be able to stand and walk about one block (100 yards) without help.
  • You must have a cell phone that can receive text messages.
  • You cannot have serious heart or lung problems, or a leg amputation without a prosthetic, that would prevent walking.
