Foot Massage vs. Muscle Relaxation for Dialysis Fatigue

  • You are between 50 and 70 years old
  • You experience moderate to severe fatigue (tiredness that affects daily activities)
  • You are medically stable and cleared by your kidney doctor
  • Your feet are healthy with no open sores, wounds, or foot problems
  • You are not currently doing other relaxation or complementary therapies (like yoga, acupuncture, or massage)
  • You have no recent surgery and your medical condition is stable during the study
