  • You are 22 years old or older.
  • You have Graves' disease, either newly diagnosed or currently being treated.
  • You are able to use the study software after it's explained to you.
  • You agree to participate and sign a consent form.
  • You do not have serious heart problems like arrhythmia or heart failure.
  • You are not taking medications that strongly affect heart rate (except for short-acting beta-blockers used as needed).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study without birth control.
  • You do not have other major health issues, severe psychiatric disorders, or substance use problems.
