Breathing technique for lowering blood pressure in Thai adults
Part of Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This study tests whether a simple breathing technique (the 4-7-8 method) can help lower blood pressure. It looks at how certain genes might affect the results, and includes people with normal or high blood pressure in eastern Thailand.

This study tests whether combining a special breathing technique with aerobic interval training (short bursts of exercise) can help lower blood pressure and heart strain in people with hypertension. It may offer a safe, drug-free way to manage your condition.
This study tests whether a smartphone app that guides you through slow breathing and aerobic exercise can help lower blood pressure in people with mild to moderate hypertension. You'll use the app at home and the goal is to see if this addition safely improves your numbers.
This trial tests whether breathing exercises taught through an app can improve blood vessel function and nervous system control in people with high blood pressure. It may help you manage your blood pressure without medication.
This study tests whether a breathing device training program can improve breathing and blood pressure. It may help people who have higher blood pressure and may feel out of breath, especially those who have weight-related breathing strain.
This study tests whether combining special breathing techniques with treadmill walking can help lower blood pressure and improve breathing function in people with slightly elevated blood pressure. If you have early-stage high blood pressure, this trial might help you avoid needing medication.
This study tests whether combining special breathing techniques (coherent breathing) with aerobic exercise helps lower blood pressure and improve quality of life in people with stage 1 hypertension. You'll learn these techniques and perform them regularly to see if they work better together than exercise alone.
