Who can take part

  • You have multiple myeloma that came back or did not respond to 1 to 3 prior treatments, including a proteasome inhibitor and lenalidomide.
  • If you had only one prior treatment, you must have had no response or progression on lenalidomide.
  • You have measurable signs of the disease in blood or urine tests.
  • You are in generally good health with a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2 (able to care for yourself or up and about more than half the day).
  • You have not received a therapy targeting BCMA (a protein on myeloma cells) before.
  • You have not had allergic reactions to similar drugs and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
