- You have been diagnosed with a type of T-cell lymphoma (certain types like mycosis fungoides are not included).
- Your lymphoma has come back or has not responded to previous treatment.
- You are 18 years or older.

- You have a tumor that can be seen on a PET scan and measured on a CT scan.
- Your blood counts and organ function are within acceptable ranges.
