Thymus removal and immunity in infant heart surgery

Who can take part

  • Your child must be between newborn and 6 months old.
  • Your child must have been born full-term (at least 37 weeks of pregnancy).
  • Your child needs heart surgery at Nantes University Hospital.
  • All follow-up care after surgery will be at Nantes University Hospital.
  • You (the parent or guardian) must sign a consent form to allow your child to take part.
