Who can take part
- You must be over 18 years old and have been told by your doctor that you have early signs (prodromal) of Parkinson's disease.
- You must be able to give your permission (informed consent) to join the study.
- If you are female and could become pregnant, you must use a very reliable birth control method (like birth control pills or an IUD) from 14 days before to 24 hours after the scan, or you must be postmenopausal or surgically sterile.
- You must not have taken certain medicines (tetrabenazine, methylphenidate, reserpine, or amphetamine-like drugs) in the last month before the scan.
- You cannot have any other major medical or mental health condition that the study doctor thinks might interfere with the study.
