Who can take part
- You volunteer to join and follow the study rules (including signing a consent form).
- Your doctor expects you to live longer than 12 weeks.
- If you've had other treatments, at least 4 weeks (or 5 half-lives of that drug) must have passed since your last dose.
- You have not had an organ transplant, spleen removal, or stem cell transplant.
- You have not had a blood clot in your leg or lung needing blood thinners in the last 6 months.
- You are not taking 10 mg or more of prednisone (or a similar steroid) daily, or have not taken that dose in the last 7 days (except inhaled steroids).
