Who can take part
- You’re 18 to 75 years old and have one of these antibody-related nervous system autoimmune diseases: NMOSD, myasthenia gravis, CIDP, inflammatory muscle disease (IIM), multiple sclerosis types, autoimmune encephalitis, MOGAD, or POEMS/RMS.
- Your disease is “relapsing” or “not controlled” despite prior treatment (for example, long-term immunosuppressant use with ongoing symptoms, or recent relapses, or evidence of active disease).
- You’ve had blood and organ tests that are high enough (including white blood cell and platelet counts, adequate kidney function, and liver tests not too elevated).
- Your resting oxygen level is above 91%, and heart ultrasound shows good pumping function (LVEF 50% or higher).
- You can provide written consent and are expected to live at least 12 weeks; if you can become pregnant or impregnate someone, you must use reliable contraception for 1 year after treatment.
- You must be able to provide enough immune cells for making the CAR-T product (there must be adequate cells collected for manufacturing).
