CAR-NK and CAR-T cells for cancer with liver spread

Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors With Liver Metastases Who Have Failed Standard Treatments

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This trial tests a new treatment that uses special immune cells (CAR-NK and CAR-T cells) given directly into the liver artery, then through a vein, to fight advanced solid tumors that have spread to the liver. It is for people who have already tried standard treatments and need new options.

CAR-NKT cells targeting CD70 for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NKT) that targets a protein called CD70 on cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to at least two prior treatments and whose tumors are CD70-positive.

CAR-T cell therapy for advanced liver cancer

This trial tests a new treatment called CNCT19, which uses your own immune cells to fight liver cancer. It's for people with advanced liver cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments or can't be treated with surgery or local procedures.

NCT05240950Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy for colorectal cancer in the liver

This Phase 1 study tests an anti-CEA CAR-T cell treatment for people whose colorectal cancer spread to the liver but has been surgically removed with no visible remaining tumor. It aims to see if the treatment can better prevent the cancer from coming back, especially when early warning tests suggest leftover cancer cells.
