Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have advanced cancer (like colorectal cancer) that has spread to the liver and standard treatments have stopped working
- You are generally healthy enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-1)
- Your blood counts, kidney and liver function are within certain safe ranges
- You are willing to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment (if applicable)
