Who can take part
- You can sign informed consent and are between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your liver cancer diagnosis is confirmed by tissue testing, and it is stage B or C (BCLC B/C).
- Your liver function is limited enough for the trial (Child-Pugh score 6 or less).
- Your tumor may have a marker called GPC3 based on tumor tissue testing.
- You have had the cancer worsen after at least one prior standard treatment, or you could not take it.
- Your body and lab tests meet key safety thresholds (including blood counts, heart function, and no serious uncontrolled infections).
