Dual-target CAR-NK cell therapy for advanced liver cancer

Advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)Metastatic Liver Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This trial tests a new cell therapy made from natural killer (NK) cells that are engineered to attack two targets (GPC3 and B7-H3) found on liver cancer cells. It may be an option for people with advanced liver cancer who have already tried standard treatments.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread, and you have already tried at least one standard treatment.
  • Your tumor must test positive for two markers called GPC3 and B7-H3 in at least 25% of cells (for GPC3) and 10% of cells (for B7-H3).
  • You are generally well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh class A or stable B7).
  • You have not had any past cell therapy with CAR-T, CAR-NK, or similar gene-modified cells.
  • You do not have active infections or other serious medical conditions that would make treatment unsafe.

CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Biliary Tract Cancer

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) designed to target cancer cells in advanced biliary tract cancers—including bile duct and gallbladder cancers. The cells are engineered to recognize and attack cancer cells that have specific markers (HER2 and CEA), and this approach may help patients whose cancer has progressed after standard chemotherapy.

Dual-target CAR-NK cells for advanced breast cancer

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (CAR-NK cells) that targets two markers on breast cancer cells. It is for people with advanced HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer who have tried other treatments and need new options.

GPC-3 CAR-T for advanced liver cancer

This trial tests CAR-T cell therapy (immune cells changed to target GPC-3) for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma, especially when standard treatments no longer work or you cannot tolerate them. If eligible, the goal is to shrink tumors and help you live longer with improved cancer control.

CAR-NK Cell Therapy for Advanced Melanoma

This trial tests engineered immune cells (CAR-NK cells) designed to target two markers found on melanoma cells. The goal is to help patients with melanoma that has spread or cannot be surgically removed and has not responded to or is unsuitable for standard treatments.
