Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your cancer must have a specific genetic mutation and no longer respond to standard treatments, or you cannot take those treatments.
  • You need to be able to swallow pills and have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you can do daily activities mostly without help).
  • Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood cell counts must be within safe limits.
  • You cannot have had a RAS inhibitor before, and must not be pregnant or breastfeeding.
