- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have been diagnosed with CD20-positive marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), and have not received any treatment for it yet.
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT scan or MRI.
- Your major organs (like heart, liver, kidneys) are working well.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 8 weeks after.
