Who can take part

  • You are between 25 and 35 years old.
  • You have been physically active (exercising at least 3 times a week for 1 hour or more) for at least 2 years.
  • You do not have any known muscle, bone, heart, or nerve problems.
  • You are not currently doing any structured core training programs like Pilates or CrossFit.
  • You can attend all evaluation visits and complete the full 8-week program.
