This study looks at how your core (abdominal muscles) affects knee stability. It will test a training program to see if it helps prevent injuries. You will be randomly assigned to either the training group or a control group for 8 weeks.

Who can take part

  • You are female.
  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You exercise or do physical activity for at least 6 hours per week.
  • You are willing to complete tests like a plank, squat, balance, and vertical jump.
  • You are willing to follow an 8-week training program or be in a control group.
  • You do not have any current injury to your legs, back, or spine, and have not had surgery on them in the past year.
