Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • You speak Turkish and can communicate with the research team
  • You are a licensed/registered amateur soccer player
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is below 30 kg/m² (your weight relative to your height)
  • You have not had surgery on your legs, hips, or lower back in the past 6 months
  • You do not have heart problems, significant muscle/joint issues, balance disorders, or neurological conditions
