  • You are between 18 and 90 years old.
  • You have had a hip fracture or a stroke.
  • You are able to walk, even a little or with help.
  • You have good control of your upper body (trunk) while sitting or standing.
  • You do not have serious memory or thinking problems (like dementia).
  • You have given your permission to join the study.
