Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH) or a low-grade (G1-2) endometrioid endometrial cancer.
  • You want to keep the option to have children in the future and are willing to try fertility-sparing treatments like hysteroscopic surgery or progesterone therapy.
  • You have not had invasive endometrial cancer before.
  • You can have a clear view of your uterus using a vaginal ultrasound or MRI.
  • You do not have any condition that makes hormone therapy unsafe (like blood clots) and are not pregnant.
