Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You are an amateur or club-level athlete (trained, not professional).
  • You have had at least one ankle sprain more than a year ago, with ongoing instability or repeated sprains.
  • Your most recent ankle sprain was at least 3 months ago.
  • You have ankle instability on one side only and meet specific tests for ankle function and flexibility.
  • You have not had ankle surgery, recent injuries to other leg joints, balance or inner ear problems, vision issues, or a recent concussion.
