Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) by a doctor.
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your OCD has lasted for more than 3 years and has not improved after trying at least three different types of antidepressants or cognitive-behavioral therapy.
- You currently have severe OCD symptoms (a Y-BOCS score of 25 or higher) that make it hard to work, study, or handle daily tasks.
- You do not have other serious mental health conditions like bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, or medical issues that would make surgery unsafe.
