Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and are scheduled for cryoablation.
- You have not had prior ablation for atrial fibrillation.
- Your heart size and function are within acceptable limits (left atrium less than 50 mm, ejection fraction above 40%).
- You have not had a stroke, heart attack, or heart surgery in the past 3 months.
- You are willing to use effective contraception for 12 months if you could become pregnant.
