Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 28 or higher.
  • You have not lost or gained more than 5% of your body weight in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
  • You have not had any weight-loss surgery or used a weight-loss device before.
  • You have no history of pancreatitis, certain thyroid cancers, or recent serious heart problems.
